My name is Johanna Ebenhag, but feel free to call me Jojo, all my friends do!

The creation of Jo Jacquard is the result of my love for horses, fashion and business, I have a vision to create confidence, through beautifully designed
high-performance clothing.

The feeling I want each rider to have when they put on our clothes is elegance, with a side of bad-assery! Like many of you I am a terribly competitive person, and it has always been my belief that when I feel confident in what I wear, it helps me show up confident and perform at my highest levels.

So to be able to translate this thought of how confidence you can wear can transform how other riders feel when they show up, whether its to a competition, lesson, or just a hack, I knew I needed to create pieces that has it all: timeless elegance that feel contemporary, with technical excellence that never compromises. Clothing that makes you feel stunning and strong, like the best version of yourself, every single day.

So that’s where we started: with the rider in mind, and the belief that what we wear
should help us show up fully, confidently, beautifully.

The only way a brand like Jo Jacquard can be built is with intention. I wanted the highest-quality materials, the kind of craftsmanship that makes you pause and appreciate the detail. I found that in Peru, in a small production house where every piece is handmade and the team takes immense pride in what they create. They believed in the vision. And together, we began to bring it to life.

It started with pictures in my head silhouettes, colors, feelings. From there, came mood boards, sketches, samples... and that magical moment where something that lived only in my mind became something I could hold in my hands.

Riding in that first sample was an incredible feeling, but it was only the beginning.

We tested, tweaked, and refined every piece again and again. Seams were moved. Fabrics changed. Because I wasn’t willing to settle in any aspect. I wanted every item to feel just right, to perform beautifully and make you feel even better.

Now, here we are. I’m so proud to share this first collection with you. Every piece is designed to be mixed, matched, and worn in your own way, so you can feel stunning, powerful, and ready to reach your goals.
